Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must hold a Doctoral degree in Peace Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Public Management and Governance and Public Administration or a related discipline. The candidate should have a good record of research and publication and experience in teaching and supervising post graduate students. Successful applicants must be able to teach at least two of the following modules: Foundations of Peace, Leadership and Governance, Peace and Conflict: Theory and Practice, Leadership: Theory and Practice, Governance in Africa, Democracy and Development, Peacekeeping and Peacebuilding, Applied Conflict Resolution and Management in Africa, Leadership and Governance, Gender, Peace and Development and Governance, Human Rights and Rule of Law.
