Job Description

The company is looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill in the following positions which has arisen within the organization in Harare.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing information about the hotel.
• Checking in and out guests promptly.
• Attending to guest enquiries about the hotel and/or its services.
• Maintaining hotel security by manning the Front desk diligently.
• Capturing guests profiles and details accurately.
• Recording room changes and handovers accurately in the handover diary.
• Invoicing all cash transactions accurately.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• HND in Hotel Management or Tourism and Hospitality Management
• A Degreee in Hotel Hotel Management or Tourism and Hospitality Management degree will be an added advantage
