We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist with a professional attitude who will coordinate front-desk activities, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will be responsible for distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls and welcoming visitors. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality as the face of the organization.
1. Manning the reception area and keeping it clean and tidy
2. Managing office meeting booking rooms
3. Maintain and organize reading material
4. Deal with queries and provide correct information to clients
5. Receiving and making calls and directing them to the appropriate person
6. Receiving deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail
7. Binding, typing, photocopying documents
8. Managing and keeping track of office utilities
9. Managing inventory system
10. Supervising the General Hand and Security personnel
11. Managing front office filing systems
12. Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1. Five O’ Level Subjects including English and Mathematics, A' level is an added advantage
2. Diploma in Administration/Secretarial studies/Receptionist course or equivalent
Experience
1. At least 2 years experience in a similar role
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel is a must.
2. Good communication skills.
3.Class 4 Driver's Licence is an added advantage
