Join our Team!
We are seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified Front End Loader Operators to join our Team based in Shamva, reporting to the Senior Mining Engineer.
Duties and Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
• Operate front-end loaders and similar heavy equipment for excavation, loading, hauling, and stockpiling materials.
• Support mining operations by ensuring efficient movement of ore, aggregates, soil, and other materials.
• Comply with safety, environmental, and operational standards within the Mining operations.
• Assist with routine equipment pre-start checks, maintenance, and reporting of mechanical issues.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors, truck drivers, and ground staff to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications and Experience
About You
• Ability to operate front-end loaders
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001 and 15001
• At least 2 years' relevant experience preferably within the Mining industry.
• Certificate of competency in FEL Operation
• 5 Ordinary Level Passes including Mathematics and Engilsh
