Job Description
We are a fast growing Microinsurance company. looking for a motivated Sales Agents on Commission to start as soon as possible in GWERU.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties And Responsibilities
Educating potential clients about the products on offer
Closing sales
Filling of proposal forms.
Other duties as they arise
Qualifications and Experience
• At least 18 years at the time applying and mature
• 4 O’Levels
• Prior working experience as a Sales or Marketing person is an added advantage
• The ideal candidate should be a resident of location applied for
• The ideal candidate should be able to finance themselves whilst bringing in business.
ATTRIBUTES
• The interested candidates meeting the requirements should be able to converse in English and any other local language.
• Should be exceptional in customer service and negotiating skills.
• The interested candidates should also be sales driven, results-oriented and with target driven attitude
Candidates should have a passion in marketing. Experience is an added advantage
NB: This is a pure commission based job
