Compensation & Benefits Structure
20-30% Commission on Initial Service Packages: This high commission rate rewards the Project Assistant for acquiring new clients and delivering the initial suite of services.
15% Commission on All Follow-on Services: This creates a powerful incentive for building long-term relationships. If a client returns for a CV update, interview coaching, or another service, the Project Assistant earns a 15% commission on that income, building a residual income stream.

Social Media Profile Optimization: Audit and revamp clients' professional social profiles (e.g., Whatsapp, LinkedIn, professional Facebook) and other platforms (Google My Business) to enhance their digital presence and employability.
Coaching & Training: Provide one-on-one or group coaching sessions on interview techniques, job search strategies, and professional networking.
2. Project Administration & Coordination
Client Onboarding & Scheduling: Manage the initial client intake process, schedule sessions, and set clear expectations for service delivery.
Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Resource Development: Create and maintain a library of templates, guides, and resources for CVs, cover letters, and interview preparation.

Relationship Nurturing: Maintain proactive communication with past clients, offering check-ins and updates on new services.

Mandatory Requirements
