Young, or old (including retirees), if you’ve the stuff, we'll know. If you're average, you can earn 20% in commission. If you’re a superstar, you can earn up to 35% in commission.
We only pay for results!

No budget will be provided until you prove your worth to the organization.
On the Job training, coaching, mentorship and Marketing and Sales resources will be available.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
-Strictly performance-based commission rates of at least 20% to 35% of income/profit earned. Thereafter, 15% of income/profits of repeat business during the tenancy of the contract

Duties and Responsibilities
-Unleash your inner fishing acumen: Unearthing new clients and developing a working client generating strategy.
-Craft winning strategies: Develop and execute plans to turn prospects into loyal clients. Craft referral and loyalty programs to keep our clients happy and coming back for more.
-Become a relationship champion: Build strong connections with clients and business partners, to grow the income streams. Help our clients upgrade their purchasing experiences through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
-Marketing magic: Create compelling content and utilize various channels to promote our services/products. Identify and capitalize on hidden assets within our network by forging strategic alliances.
-Stay on top of your game: Keep your finger on the pulse of the market and identify new trends to capitalize on.
-Communication is key: Provide weekly progress reports/updates to clients and management on your Marketing and Sales journey. Compile monthly reports on clients' needs, Business Intelligence, Market Intelligence and development in the business community.
