Job Description

Grace Life Foundation is a welfare philanthropy organization that was founded in February 2018 with the aim of helping disadvantaged and vulnerable people in African communities through the alleviation of the impact of poverty on disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Zimbabwe through strategically providing food, shelter and education support.

The Foundation Manager will be responsible and accountable for day to day operations of the whole organization.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Ensuring the Foundation is funded
• Driving giving work to achieve set giving goals
• Ensuring operational efficiencies throughout the organization
• Ensuring accountability and Recruitment of competent Programme’s managers
• Reports to the Executive Director
• Manage Programme’s managers for successful achievement of Giving Goals

Qualifications and Experience

Foundation manager: 2 years working experience in a similar role and should be a holder of a Bachelor's Degree
