Job Description
Zimbuild Property Investments Is Looking For Formwork Supervisor (Foreman X 2)
Duties and Responsibilities
The concrete works supervisor shall be in charge of;
• Planning and supervision of trades for shuttering works
• Planning and supervision of works for steel reinforcing works.
• Preparation and supervision of methodology for materials collection, mixing and placing of concrete works.
• Preparation of Protection and surface treatment to concrete works and ensuring proper curing of concreting.
• Study drawings ensure the coordination of all services that must be cast in place with the concrete works.
Qualifications and Experience
• 10 Years work experience in construction.
• Trade qualification/Certificate an added advantage.
• Valid Driving License
