We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Clerk to support our Fleet Manager and serve as the key liaison between drivers and dispatch.
- Assist in managing fleet operations, including vehicle tracking and maintenance scheduling
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and process fleet-related reports and documentation
- Handle driver queries and concerns
- Support Fleet Manager with administrative tasks
- Diploma in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field
- 2-5 years experience in fleet operations or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and fleet management software
