Job Description
The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring financial health, and providing strategic financial guidance. This role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance with financial regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis
Develop and implement financial plans and budgets.
Conduct financial forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting on financial performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Financial Reporting
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Cash Flow Management
Monitor cash flow and manage working capital.
Analyze cash flow trends and develop strategies to optimize liquidity.
Budget Management
Coordinate the annual budgeting process.
Monitor and control expenditures against the budget.
Risk Management
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Oversee internal controls and audit processes.
Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor finance team members.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
Stakeholder Communication
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Communicate financial information and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Regular full-time university graduate, major in finance
At least 10 years of experience, including more than three years working experience as a financial manager .
