A Finance Graduate Trainee post has arisen at the Authority's Mwenezi Mapfura Value Addition Plant. Competent and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
1. Helping in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
2. Assist in reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records
3. Maintaining and updating financial records and database
4. Assist in internal and external audit preparations, providing necessary documentation and support.
5. Petty Cash management
6. Process invoices and receipts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
7. Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
8. Track and categorize expenses and income in financial records.
9. Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
10. Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
11. Collaborate with other departments to address financial inquiries and issues.
12. Good time management and organizational abilities.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and Banking.
At least one-year experience.
