Position : Finance Assistant (Contract)
Reports to Senior Finance and Administration Officer
Location: Rutenga Masvingo

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Specification
• Management of Field Cash Float
• Prepare financial statements and reports for organization special business units.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of ZIMRA statutory
• Oversee procurement and reconciliation of small grains
• Manage fuel prepaid accounts
• Oversee organization field vehicles and motorbikes.

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements & Qualifications
• Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Proven working experience
• Knowledge in SAGE 200 and Microsoft packages.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, procurement, and reporting
procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
