The position will be responsible for supporting all the primary financial and accounting transactions in the organization and ensure financial transactions and records are undertaken and maintained in accordance with internal and external financial requirements and in compliance with the laws applicable in Zimbabwe.
The Data & Insights Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the School-Led Tutoring (SLT) programme is data and insight driven and able to accurately measure the effectiveness and impact of the programme and support the Monitoring & Evaluation Manager to communicate and report on this effectively to various stakeholders. To undertake the analysis and interpretation of data to support the delivery of the School Led Tutoring Programme.
Knowledge Essential
▪ GCSE grade 4 or above in Maths and English, or equivalent
▪ A Level Maths, or equivalent experience
▪ Excellent analytical skills
▪ Practical knowledge and understanding of research methods and analysis
Desirable
▪ Understanding of the education sector
▪ Knowledge of education policy and planning
▪ Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant field or subject
Experience Essential:
▪ Proven successful experience in a coordination role
▪ Evidence of monitoring work to ensure its quality, and acting to correct problems as they arise
▪ Expertise in Microsoft Excel
▪ Experience of using a variety of M&E methods, tools, processes and systems
▪ Experience of presenting data reports in the most accessible, appropriate and accurate way, for a variety of audiences
Desirable:
▪ Experience of designing and delivering evaluations of education programme
