Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Prepare journal entries, maintain cash controls, and manage accounts payables/receivables.
Budgeting & Reporting: Monitor expenditures, prepare budgets, and develop financial forecasts and reports.
Administrative Support:
General office administration, Manage office supplies, organize travel logistics, maintain filing systems, and handle correspondence.
Compliance & Procurement: Ensure compliance with financial policies and local regulations.
HR & Welfare: Assist with staff payroll, HR documentation, and office maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: a degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in accounting, office administration, or finance, often
Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
