Job Description
The Field Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware and network systems on-site. This role involves traveling to various client locations, troubleshooting issues, and providing hands-on technical support to ensure optimal performance of IT equipment. (Male Candidates Only)
Duties and Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware, networking, and IT equipment on-site.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues at client sites.
Provide customer training on the use of IT systems and equipment.
Document service calls and provide regular reports on maintenance activities.
Assist in setting up network and communication systems at different sites.
Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure systems comply with safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
