Duties and Responsibilities

AS A FIELD OFFICER, YOU WILL:

* Support and train tobacco farmers
* Promote good agricultural practices
* Monitor crop development and quality
* Provide feedback and data from the field
* Build strong relationships in farming communities

Qualifications and Experience

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO:

* Are passionate about agriculture
* Have a diploma or degree (Agriculture or related field preferred)
* Are good communicators
* Are self-motivated and ready to learn
* Have a valid driver’s license (motorbike an added advantage)
