Job Description
Our client, a leading solar company, is looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketer to join their team. In this role, you will engage directly with customers in the field, promote solar products and services, and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate is outgoing, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for renewable energy and building strong customer relationships. We are seeking someone who can work independently, adapt to various field conditions, and effectively communicate the benefits of solar solutions to potential clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Conduct on-site visits to engage with potential customers and promote products/services.
-Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders in target areas.
-Implement marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
-Distribute marketing materials and explain product/service features to potential customers.
-Monitor and report on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
-Organize and participate in promotional events, roadshows, and activations to showcase the brand.
-Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
-Ensure all field marketing activities align with the company’s branding and messaging.
-Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by management.
Qualifications and Experience
-Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar field role.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
-Ability to build and maintain customer relationships effectively.
-Familiarity with marketing techniques and lead generation strategies.
-Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
-Availability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
-Diploma/ degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
-Candidates with A levels are encouraged to apply
