Field Managers (Masvingo, Kwekwe & Bulawayo) — Life Assurance Reporting to the Branch Manager the Field Manager will be responsible for managing team productivity in line with company set targets:
Duties and Responsibilities
• Team Administration
• Recruiting. training and motivating Life Agents
• Monitoring the team performances and motivating them to reach targets.
• Compiling and analysing team sales figures.
• Advise on market information such as changing customer needs queries etc
• Quality control of New Business
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal position holder should possess the following competencies, skills & experience:
• Business Related Degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience (at least two years) in a related field-banking/insurance marketing.
• Good record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong managerial and Selling skills
• Be able to demonstrate self-confidence, maturity and ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision.
• Be able to demonstrate a keen ability to inter-relate at all levels with people of diverse backgrounds and have a service-oriented disposition.
• Good communication skill (both orally and written)
• Should be aggressive, effective communicator, team player. sociable. versatile, resourceful, hardworking and self-initiative.
• Good presentation skills.
