Field Manager (Masvingo, Kwekwe & Victoria Falls) Reporting to the Branch Manager,
responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Team administration Recruiting, training and motivating life agents Monitoring the team performances and motivating them to reach targets Compiling and analysing team sales figures Advising on market information such as changing customer needs, queries, etc Quality control of new business
Key qualifications, experience & competencies
Business-related degree or equivalent Proven experience (at least two years) in a related field of banking/insurance marketing
Good record of achieving sales targets Managerial & strong selling skills
Ability to demonstrate self-confidence, maturity, work independently and deliver results without close supervision Ability to inter-relate with people of diverse backgrounds and should have a service-oriented disposition
Mature and good communication skills (both oral and written) Should be an aggressive, effective communicator, team player, sociable, versatile, resourceful, hardworking and self-initiative
Good presentation interpersonal skills
