Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the positions of Farm Workers. These positions are based in Botswana.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Planting seeds and transplanting them by hand.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides, to control insects, fungi and weeds.
• Repairing shade nettings and fencing.
• Operate farm equipment and machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil.
• Set up and operate irrigation equipment.
• Harvesting and packing vegetables.
• Any other duties as delegated from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
• At least 5 years experience working in a farm
• Experience in Horticultural farming is a must.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• A valid passport
