Job Description

Our client based in Harare requires the services of a Chef / Facilities Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities

Cleaning of the kitchen & keeping it tidy all the time
Meal and dietary planning, also catering for adhoc requests
Washing of dishes & practicing of waste segregation
Preparation of breakfast and lunch meals for a maximum of 10 employees daily
Serving breakfast and lunch at prescribed times
Maintain an epitome level of personal hygiene all the times
Cleaning of office floors, meeting rooms and workstations
Ensure compliance to basic Heath, Safety & Environment guidelines

Qualifications and Experience

Certificate or Diploma in Hotel & Catering/ Tourism & Hospitality
At least two years' experience in the same role.
Team player with excellent communication skills
Proven experience and traceable references
Aged between 22 and 30yrs
