Job Description

National Cranes & Equipment is seeking a highly skilled, safety-conscious and experienced Crane Operator to join our operations team.
Duties and Responsibilities
At least 5 years of proven experience operating mobile cranes.
A valid Class 1 Driver's Licence.
Relevant crane operator certification or competency qualification.
Strong knowledge of crane operations, load charts, lifting procedures and safety standards.
Ability to conduct pre-operational inspections and identify mechanical or safety defects.
Experience working on construction, mining and industrial sites.
Ability to work independently, under pressure and as part of a team.
Experience operating other heavy equipment will be an added advantage.
Qualifications and Experience
Safely operate mobile cranes during lifting and positioning operations.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Interpret load charts and comply with safe lifting procedures.
Work closely with riggers, lifting supervisors and site personnel.
Complete accurate daily logsheets and equipment inspection reports.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and site regulations.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline and equipment care.
