Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and distributors across the territory.

Qualifications and Experience

Person Specification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience strictly within the FMCG sector.
• Deep understanding of FMCG supply chain and distribution networks.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Highly analytical, proficient in using sales data to formulate innovative action plans.
