Job Description
(An Informal Offer)I have been looking an Entrepreneur to work with me who is dynamic, alive and fast thinking. They should have more than 3 years personal experience at running a business hands on. Including having had their own employees whom they paid salaries to and who has done all aspects of running a business. I want someone who thrives under pressure and high energy environments. A creative who can handling many things at the same time, effectively controlling each one with calm and orderliness . An ideas spring who is undaunted by failure and revels in trying again and again and again to get things right. Someone honest, full of fair play and who knows how be a true friend I have been looking for a long time, have found a few but the logistics did not work. Thus I am still looking. Please apply.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Effectively selling the company products and administering all activities of the business from day one
2. Learning quickly and achieving the desired results without excuse and despite barriers
3..Getting projects completed timeously on the different business units that drive the business forward
4. Recruiting, on boarding and managing a small permanent staff
5. Studying and learning business technology
6. Creating, writing and Implementing job descriptions, policy and systems in the business and maintaining those systems
7. Creating strategies and tactics to build and grow the business
8. Unfailingly meeting revenue and income targets every week
9. Managing the whole business from the perspective of being able to do any job below them
10. Able to take on the reigns completely from the first day
Qualifications and Experience
A degree, diploma or self education relevant to the position
At least 3 years experience running their own business
Well read on business books and websites
Extremely networked (for marketing and problem solving purposes)
Able to use digital technology and online software
Familiar with accounting principles and company compliance issues
Computer literate
Drivers license
Able to pass the "One Day Test"
