Enterprise Risk and Loss Control Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
Specification
1.Develop the Enterprise Risk and Loss Control Management Policy for NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited.
2.Drive and manage the risk and loss control management process across the company by training employees.
3.Lead on the re-designing of the current Risk and Loss Control Management structure, develop new structures for risk and loss control monitoring and reporting as well as manage the risk and loss control budget.
4.Lead the development and review of loss control plans and procedures, as well as the coordination and implementation of loss control policies and processes.
5.Drive the company’s risk culture and endorse the operation of organizational risk management.
6.Guiding integration of enterprise risk management with other organizational planning and management activities.
7.Liaise with departmental heads in ensuring completion of quality departmental risk registers.
8.Compile and manage the corporate risk register.
9.Identify training needs for risk management and oversee development of enterprise risk competence and awareness across NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited.
10.Work with Head Audit and Risk ensuring the identification and prioritization of risks and reporting of the same.
11.Liaise with department and division heads on the adequacy of proposed actions in management of risk and loss control areas highlighted in internal audit reports.
12.Monitor implementation of action plans to ensure risk mitigation efforts are proceeding as required.
13. Identify potential key risks, mitigate accordingly, and provide risk and training across teams.
14.Develop risk management system and train departmental risk and loss control champions on implementation.
15.Regularly evaluate and report the effectiveness of cascading risk management approach to business decision making.
16.Assist Head Audit and Risk in preparing board papers for risk and loss control management reporting.
17.Lead and develop Risk Officers and Area Loss Control Officers in performing risk and loss control management process for NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
•A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Risk and Loss Control Management,
•A Master’s degree in Risk Management or equivalent,
•Relevant professional certification in risk and loss control management
•3- 5 years’ experience at managerial level in Risk and Loss Control Management
