Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the above mentioned vacancies in the Architectural Services Division of the Department of Works.
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the designing and production of detailed specifications of building works, drawings and monitoring the implementation of same.
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESULT AREAS
• Designs building services layouts, fittings and schematics.
• Site measurements of 'as built' services layouts and drawings.
• Produces detailed reports on building services maintenance and upgrades.
Supervision and Performance Management.
Registration with a Professional Board an added advantage.
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma in Design Drafting or other relevant engineering services qualification.
At least two (2) years' experience in drawing office.
• Clean class 4 driving licence an added advantage.
