We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Engineering Planner to be the strategic heartbeat of our manufacturing plant. If you get satisfaction from creating order, anticipating issues, and driving continuous improvement, this is your chance to make a real impact.
In this crucial role, you won't just schedule tasks—you'll be a forward-thinker, ensuring our operations run safely, efficiently, and without interruption. You'll leverage your expertise to plan maintenance, manage critical assets, and stop problems before they start.
Your Key Role:
• Develop detailed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules.
• Create and implement proactive maintenance plans and procedures to improve equipment uptime and reliability.
• Use our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to schedule, track, and manage all maintenance activities efficiently.
• Turn preventive maintenance routines and corrective findings into detailed work plans for the maintenance team
• Manage our critical spares list, ensuring essential components are tracked, readily available, and a proper inventory is maintained.
• Develop and implement continuous improvements to our spare parts inventory control.
• Work with procurement and finance to coordinate the timely purchase of spare parts, materials, and external services, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive long-term solutions.
What You Bring:
• An HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of maintenance/reliability planning experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Strong proficiency with a CMMS and excellent problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset with outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
• Certification in Reliability Engineering, TPM, or Maintenance Planning.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies like vibration analysis or thermal imaging.
• Expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
