Engineering Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion, and managing the tender process — from preparation to submission, and follow-up.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the execution of all engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule targets.
- Prepare, review, and submit competitive tenders and proposals in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines while managing project risks and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
-Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in project management and tendering.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Project Management Diploma
- Proven experience (at least 10 years) in managing engineering projects and tender processes.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and procurement procedures.
