Job Description
We are looking for an experienced electrician to start immediately
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for installing, maintaining & repairing electrical equipment & fittings
Installation and commissioning of equipment
Maintaining and repairing electrical equipment throughout the various operations of the company
Attending to breakdowns during and, at times, after hours and ensuring minimum downtime.
Ordering spares and other requirements in the repair and maintenance of Electrical and electronic equipment.
Carry out scheduled maintenance on machinery, equipment & fittings
Any other duties as delegated from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
National Certificate (Diploma would be an added advantage)
Class 1 Electrician apprenticeship trained
Minimum of 1 years’ experience as an electrician (manufacturing industry and electric motors industry advantageous)
