Job Description
The organization invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following position.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Establishes technical training for drivers and designs suitable courses.
2. Administers daily operations of the training school.
3. Liaises with external institutions (e.g., TSCZ) on curriculum changes and development.
4. Monitors and evaluates the quality and impact of driver training on business operations.
5. Updates knowledge on current and future trends in driver training through various channels.
6. Advises Workshop and Operations division on current methods and technologies.
7. Maintains service records for the Driving School Fleet and advises on service schedules.
8. Conducts scheduled fleet assessments and spot checks.
Qualifications and Experience
Class 1 Workshop Artisan/Relevant Degree/Diploma.
Possession of a Class Two Driver’s License.
Train the Trainer certificate from the Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Driver Trainer.
