THE JOB
The incumbent's duties include the following among others:
• Sourcing and procuring inputs and materials for the display department, as well as manage the material inventories.
• Creating instore theatre, required fixtures and fittings and to design special features for new and existing store developments.
• Assisting Operations in all scaled ground layouts, artists' impressions of proposed display and any other illustrations that may be required.
• Liaising with the other functions as well as advertising agencies for any branding needed for promotions/ events.
• Maintaining and upholding corporate identity standards in across all OK Zimbabwe Stores.
THE PERSON MUST:
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Interior Design, Retail Management, or a related field. Graphic design skills are an added advantage.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a similar position.
• Have estimating and budgeting skills.
• Be able to demonstrate an understanding of visual merchandising.
• Have good communication and organizational skills.
• Have artistic skills and be creative flair.
• Have good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Have impeccable integrity.
• Have a clean Class 4 Driver's Licence
