A motor vehicle auto spares retailing company is looking for suitable personnel to fill in the following position:
DISPATCH SUPERVISOR
The incumbent will report to the Warehouse Manager and should be a well- organized individual to supervise the dispatch activities at the warehouse and liaise with logistics and stores team.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Plan activities accordingly to ensure efficient dispatching of products to the branches.
2.Processing and verification of loading sheets and IBTs.
3Ensure all dispatched items are packaged and labelled correctly before that are transferred to the branches .
4.To detect wrongly picked items and liaise with the stores to address such issues to ensure branches are supplied with the correct items.
Qualifications and Experience
1. A minimum of 5 O'Level subjects including English and Mathematics.
2. A National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or Logistics.
3. 2 years traceable experience in Purchasing and logistics field .
4. No chancers
