Duties and Responsibilities
Proven experience, preferably in :
- Receiving orders from to determine what is required in terms of dispatch work
- Sorting out dispatch orders according to timelines and location
- Keeping in constant contact with supervisors to ensure that orders are
delivered on time
- Supervising the loading and unloading of items from delivery
trucks ensuring that the right ones are loaded for delivery / dispatch
purposes
- Creating and maintaining logs of dispatch activities in sync with
established procedures
Qualifications and Experience
Well organized certificate / diploma in Business Management, Accounting and / equivalent or higher qualification is a plus
