Job Description
Spots and Recreation Commission is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following vacant positions:
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for facilitating the effective and efficient functioning of the Sports and Recreation Commission (SRC) Board and Board Committees through the provision of secretariat, legal, compliance, governance and advisory services and ensuring that the Board and Board Committee resolutions are implemented by the SRC. Also responsible for ensuring SRC compliance with corporate governance best practices, legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Person Specification:
• Possess an Honours Degree in Law (LLB) and other relevant qualifications; • Possession of a relevant Master's degree will be an added advantage; • Have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar position; and • Have an understanding of the legal system as it affects the sports and recreation sector.
