DIGITAL SALES AGENTS
Harare
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for selling insurance products across all digital touchpoints.
Tele-selling to potential customers using provided contact lists and business digital leads.
• Promoting the benefits, features, and value propositions of products to prospects.
Cross-selling, and up-selling of all company products.
Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Analyse market trends and develop strategies to maximize opportunities.
Source potential clients through professional networks, cold calls, and referrals.
Preparing regular sales reports i.e. call logs, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets consistently.
• Customer retention and generating referrals from existing customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
: A diploma/degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management or related.
Online sales training certificate, COP (long-term insurance) certificate, and a certificate in digital marketing are an added advantage.
• At least 1 -year of proven sales experience and social selling skills, telesales, or a similar sales role
effectively across all lines of business.
: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
