DIGITAL MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description

We are looking for an innovative, detail-oriented digital project manager to join our marketing team. They will be responsible for ensuring all customer’s marketing is effectively project managed from start to finish. You should be able to juggle different projects and tasks concurrently and liaise with various clients, staff and stakeholders. The digital project manager should have an excellent technical background, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Delivering complete projects that meet quality and speed standards
Creating and communicating a project quote, schedule, and plan
Google marketing platform project management
Meta for business project management
Design and Video project management
Websites project management
Social Media, Newsletter, SEO project management
Defining project scope and planning the activities to achieve its goals
Managing, maintaining and delegating the team effectively
Organizing projects, meetings and workflows
Assigning tasks and deadlines
Evaluating project success and writing reports
Project testing and quality assurance
Client content curation, communication and sign offs

Qualifications and Experience

BSc in digital marketing, computer science, or similar.
Project management certificate, diploma or similar.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal for clients and team members.
Strong project management, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills.
Goal, results and deadline-driven with a positive attitude.
Passion for digital marketing.
Practical experience with;
Copywriting
Google marketing platform
Meta for business
Design
Websites
Google Analytics
SEO
Social Media
Project Management Software
Project Contract Documents, MOUs and NDAs

Reporting
Reporting to: the Head of Department
Reporting to you: The Design and Developer Team
Working with: The Sales Team and The Hosting Team
