DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER
Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified persons to fill in the following vacancy that has arisen within Croco Holdings group.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across Group brands, Manage and optimise social media platforms and paid digital campaigns
• Design high-impact marketing collateral including social media creatives, digital adverts, banners, posters, emailers, presentations, and basic motion assets
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners on campaign execution
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and KPls
• Support sales initiatives through targeted digital and visual campaigns
Graphic Design Requirements (Essential)
• Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio of digital and print work.
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop,
InDesign) - mandatory
• Working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for basic motion graphics and video editing is an added advantage
• Understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to adapt designs across multiple platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency
• Experience preparing artwork for both digital and print production.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing and graphic design
• Proven experience in social media management, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics
• Knowledge of CRM systems, Ul/UX principles, and online reputation management
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Creative, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and results-driven
