Job Description
Our client is a leading company in the Real Estate industry with a rich history dating back to 1926. With decades of experience and a solid reputation, they are committed to providing exceptional real estate solutions to their clients. To further strengthen their market presence, they seek a highly motivated, dedicated, and innovative individual to join their team as a Digital Marketer. The Digital Marketer will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence, drive business growth, and engage with potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Campaigns: Create and manage online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC).
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media.
- Track Performance: Use Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Social Media Management: Engage with followers and increase brand awareness across social media platforms.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to drive engagement and maintain customer relationships.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine digital strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
Aged between 25 – 35 years.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing (open to candidates with varying experience levels).
-Designing experience will be an added advantage
- Strong skills in Google Paralytics, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
- Data-driven and performance-focused.
