• 1 Year customer service experience
• Organizational multi tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Proficiency in social media platforms MS Office applications and ticketing system
• Demonstrated effective and culturally -sensitive and writting skills
• Highly motivated self starter with a can do/ will do attitude
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer and client complaints, sometimes with minimal supervision.
•Excellence in critical thinking, writing, and oral communication.
