Job Description
NEC Agriculture invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced Persons to fill the vacancy of Designated Agent which has arisen in the organisation. The Designated Agent shall be responsible for resolving labour disputes between employers and employees in the agricultural industry in accordance with applicable labour laws. Additionally, the Designated Agent will monitor and enforce adherence to labour law at agricultural enterprises by both employers and employees.

Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
The ideal candidate for the position of Designated Agent must have
1. An undergraduate degree in a social science.
2. A relevant professional qualification.
3. A Class 4 Drivers Licence.
4. Five (S) years working experience in a similar role.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Integrity and fitness suiting the position.
7 Computer literacy.
