Duties and Responsibilities
Meet all requirements for product quality, safety and environmental protection.
Report outstanding issues to Management.
Ensure and maintain a safe and secure environment for personnel.
Ensure quality checks and procedures are duly carried out and documented, monitor non-conformances in the depot.
Ensure smooth administrative running of the depot.
Management of other strategic business activities of the depot, including sales and distribution, customer service, and performance tracking, while ensuring the regular maintenance and effective functioning of all facilities and equipment.
Manage relationships with regulatory agencies, clients, community representatives and other stakeholders in the industry
Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
Higher National Diploma or Degree in Retail Management/Business Management/Relevant and Similar Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail setup
Knowledge of fuels and energy products will be an added advantage
A background of customer service will also be an added advantage
