Job Description

Seke Rural Home-Based Care (SRHBC) is acommunity-based organisation that operates in Seke District.The organisation implements sustainable development initiatives to improve people’s livelihood, Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH), HIV Prevention, HIV and AIDS care and support as well as safeguarding. SRHBC is implementing an OVC activity with the goalof ‘Sustaining Prevention, Care and Support Services for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) in Zimbabwe’.The activity aims to improve health, safety, education and stability outcomes for vulnerable children, adolescents and youth living with HIV in Seke District. Duties and Responsibilities


Responsibilities
Reports To: Management and Information Systems Officer
The ideal candidates will be able to update and develop new and existing data and be comfortable working independently with large amounts of numerical and written data. Enter data into a proprietary database using a simple web interface using data found in various organisation-specific servers, databases and internal documents into the OVC MIS DHIS2 and other systems.

• Timely and accurate data entry in activity Databases /OVC MIS DHIS2
• Data cleaning
• Protect the information and identities of clients and or beneficiaries
• Data collection

Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to manage tight deadlines and deliver results with minimal supervision. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of using DHIS2
Knowledge of Ms Office and computer literacy

Qualifications and experience
• Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation, Bachelor’s degree (Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics and Operations Research, IT or related field) added advantage.
• Experience in data entry particularly in OVC MIS DHIS2 is an added advantage
