Cassava Smartech is looking for a competent, versatile, and dynamic Customer Services Representative to join its Customer Experience team. The role is responsible for communicating with customers with a purpose of educating, resolving, escalating issues, and creating sales leads for all Cassava Smartech services.
Key Responsibilities
Attends to customers, in a courteous manner and ensures total customer satisfaction.
Ensures query resolution by adhering to the set processes and procedures.
Initiates account reversals, query resolutions and escalates to the Supervisor for approvals, making sure the reasons for reversals are clearly highlighted.
Recommends to the customers appropriate products and services through upselling or cross-selling.
Suggests modifications for improvement on products and services by gathering feedback from customers.
Ensures Social Media presence to effectively manage business stakeholders.
Always protects the integrity and confidentiality of customer data.
