Customer Services Officer
(Victoria Falls)
• Upsell and cross sell other bank products and services to new and existing clients to enhance their banking experience.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of current and prospective clients to facilitate client engagements and continuous product sales.
• Provide exceptional service encounters to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Assist clients with account opening and self on-boarding platforms to ensure completeness of records.
• Attend to all client static data maintenance requests.
• Adhere to bank policy and regulation regarding complaints handling and customer confidentiality.
• Produce comprehensive reports to inform management of operational developments.
• Analyse borrowing requests submitted from clients on an ongoing basis ensuring they are within the Credit Policy.
Competence Profile
• First degree in Administration, Sales &
Marketing or Banking
• IOBZ
• COP short and long term
• Minimum of 3 years' experience
• Computer literacy is a must
• Results driven

• Good Interpersonal and problem solving skills

• Strong research skills
• Report writing excellency
