We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handling complaints, and providing product/service information. The Customer Service Officer is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by responding promptly and effectively to customer needs and queries.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance.
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and solutions provided.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
Assist customers with order placements, refunds, or exchanges and update their accounts as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback.
Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical teams, to resolve customer issues.
Prepare and generate regular reports on customer service activities, highlighting areas of improvement.
Contribute to developing customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Stay updated on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or related role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.
