Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team at Impala Car Rental. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in engaging clients, providing support during service use, conducting aftersales follow-ups and analysing customer data to enhance service quality and satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Use data to follow up with customers via calls and emails, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Conduct analysis of customer interactions, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Visit clients when needed to provide personalized service and strengthen relationships.
• Ensure aftersales follow-up to maintain customer loyalty and retention.
• Continuously improve customer experience by understanding their needs and ensuring timely resolutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Relevant qualification in Customer Service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse customer data and draw insights for service improvement.
• Client-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
