Receive all Customer Requests, incidents and enquiries
Provide first level troubleshooting of customer problems
Request customer feedback/Rating
Escalate Issues as per SLA
Must Have:
Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications or Equivalent
2-3 years working Experience
Good, Clear communication Skills
High Digital Literacy
