Job Description

We are looking for bubbly, confident, and customer-oriented Customer Service Agents for our Kwekwe and Chivhu branches.

Duties and Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service to clients and handling transactions
Building a good rapport with clients and resolving any challenges
Data capturing
Carrying out accurate forex exchange transaction settlements with all procedural formalities and documentations
Balancing and banking at the end of the day
Maintain proper records of all transactions
Preparing daily reports

Qualifications and Experience

Excellent communication and negotiating skills
Agile
Strong analytical skills
Computer literate
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
