Job Description

Answer incoming calls from clients, responding to inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. Responsible for the efficient handling of marketing admin work and helps to improve the productivity of the marketing team. Give support to the marketing team. Responsible for the efficient handling of sales and helps to improve the productivity of the sales team. Contributes to the quality of customer service and achievement of sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to emails.
• Handle customer inquiries both over the phone, by email and social media platforms
• Research required company and product information in order to respond to clients efficiently.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Give clients funeral quotations
• Work hand in hand with Funeral and finance departments
• Assist Finance with policy updates
• Enter new customer information into system
• Identify priority and unresolved issues and escalate to Sales and Marketing Manager
• Update customer information
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Complete call logs on System.
• Interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback in order to improve customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

A diploma or equivalent in Communication. Minimum of 2 years experience in the similar position
